3 c. sugar
6 c. water
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
1 qt. strawberries, pureed
2 (2 liter) bottles cold lemon-lime soda
1 bottle rum

Directions:
In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in water by bringing it to a boil over medium-high heat. Turn off heat and allow to cool. Combine the sugar water with the pineapple juice, lemonade, orange juice and pureed strawberries in a 6 qt. container. Mix in the rum to taste. Pour the entire mixture into a large plastic ice cream pail and freeze overnight. Scoop 1/2 cup of the frozen mixture into an 8 ounce glass. Fill the glass with the soda and serve. Keeps well in the freezer for up to a month. Omit the rum and serve if you desire.
