Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of pasta ( I use the rigatoni)
heavy cream (small container)
1/2 c. half and half
1 stick butter
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 bag of cheese blend (parmesan, romano, Asiago, etc..)
2 chicken breast, cooked and diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook your pasta as you normally would...
Heat oven to 350
In a medium saucepan, on medium heat melt 1 stick of butter, add the garlic to the butter. Once melted, add the heavy cream and half and half. Stir continuously. Add in the bag of cheese, saving a little for sprinkling. Let sauce thicken and cheese melt.
Drain pasta (and leave in the pot) and pour Alfredo sauce over pasta. Add chicken, and stir. Pour mixture into 9*13 baking dish, sprinkle with extra cheese and bake for 35-45 minutes, until cheese just starts to brown on top
