5 egg whites
4 tbsp cold water
2 1/4 tsp salt
2 3/4 cup splenda
2 tbsp vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
5 cups pecans
5 cups almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until frothy. Add water, salt, spenda, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix until well blended. Add pecans and almonds. Mix until well coated. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250º for 60 minutes. Stir the nuts every 15 minutes.
