1 stick butter
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 can cream chicken soup
2/3 cup of water
8-10 soft taco wraps or 12 flour tortillas
2 cups cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)
1 (6oz) sour cream
3-4 cups shredded cheddar/ Monterrey cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring butter, flour, soup and 2/3 cup of water to a boil (med. heat). Stir in sour cream until smooth. In a separate bowl: mix shredded cheese and chicken. Then fill the soft tacos or tortilla shells- roll them up and place in a 9x13 glass pan. Pour mixture over shells and top with additional shredded cheese. Bake at 350º until cheese is melted. This is easy and delicious!

I usually use 3-4 cups of cooked chicken with all the same amounts of ingredients and it still comes out great!
