Layer 1:
1 c. flour
1 stick margarine
2/3 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts
Layer 2:
1/3 c. peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
Layer 3:
1 chocolate instant pudding
1 vanilla instant pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
Layer 4:
Cool Whip
chopped nuts
shredded Hershey bar

Directions:
Layer 1:
Blend. Press into 9*13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes; let cool
Layer 2:
Cream the peanut butter, and cream cheese; add powdered sugar. Blend in the Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
Layer 3:
Blend; mix well, then spread over last layer
Layer 4:
Spread Cool Whip over cake. Top with chopped nuts and shredded Hershey bar
