6 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 lb ground beef or bulk pork sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 8oz can tomatoes cut up
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Stir the butter into the hot spaghetti, the grated parmesan cheese and the two beaten eggs. Form the spaghetti mixture into a "pie crust" in a buttered 10 inch pie plate.

In a skillet cook the ground beef or pork sausage, onion, and green pepper until the veggies are tender and the meat is browned. Drain off the excess grease. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt heating all the ingredients.

Turn the meat mixture into the spaghetti pie crust. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top and bake 5 minutes longer or until the melts.

Let sit for 10 minutes and then slice into pie wedges.
