20 oz frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup uncooked rice
large jar cheese whiz
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan cook 20 oz frozen chopped broccoli according to package directions

drain broccoli in colander

In separate saucepan cook 1 c rice

Combine and warm a large Jar of Cheese Whiz & 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup until cheese melted (I use pan used to cook broccoli)

Fold cooked rice and drained broccoli into cheese/soup mixture

Pour into casserole and bake at 350 until bubbly (approximately 30 minutes)

Can be prepared in advance and refrigerated, but then I let casserole warm to room temp to cut down cooking time.
