1- 4 medium white onions washed and peeled
Salt and pepper
Ms. Dash or lemon pepper
Butter or margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Cut an X 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep on the top of the onions.
Place 1/2 tsp. butter on top of the X.
Add salt, pepper and Ms. Dash.
Place onions in a microwavable dish and add 2 T. water to dish.
Microwave on high for 2 - 4 min.
Onions should be open slightly and tender but not overcooked.
