Ingredients:  
1 c. loose fried hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. salsa
1 c. Colby jack cheese, shredded
1 t. cumin
8-10 tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger, onion and pepper together and drain. Mix cream cheese, Colby jack cheese and cumin. Add salsa and blend in well. Stir in hamburger mixture. Divide among shells and roll up. Place in a sprayed 9 x 12 pan. Top with additional shredded cheese and salsa. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Freeze left-overs for a quick meal later.
