Ingredients:  
Quaker Quick Grits; 1 lb. Velvetta Cheese; 1 stick of margarine; small amount of milk (less than 3/4 cup); garlic powder

Cook 1 cup Quaker quick grits according to pkg directions -

Cut 1 lb velvetta cheese and stick of margarine into cubes -

After cooking grits, turn off heat & add cheese, margarine, and minimum of 3 tbsp garlic powder -

Stir together and replace lid on pan - let sit until cheese, margarine have melted -

Beat 3 eggs together then add enough milk to make 1 cup -

Stir egg/milk mixture into grits (when cheese & margarine are melted) -

Pour into casserole and bake @ 350º for 1 hr -

(until top is brown and grits are firm with very little liquid seen when spoon inserted)
