1/2 cup butter,
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg,
4 egg yolks,
1 cup sugar,
3/4 cup milk,
2 cups mashed sweet potato,
4 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened butter and sugar.
Beat in potato, nutmeg,milk and beaten yolks.
Beat egg whites stiffly and fold into potato mixture.
Bake in a hot oven 10 minutes.
Bake 30 minutes in a moderate oven until filling is firm
