3/4 lb. butter
2 cups white sugar
6 separated eggs
4 cups flour (1 lb)
1 lb sultanas
8 oz. cherries, red and green mixed
1 cup grapefruit and orange juice (mixed)
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. soda
4 pineapple rings, sliced
1/2 lb citron peel
1 tsp. each lemon and almond flavouring
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 300
Cream sugar and butter
Add egg yokes and juice alternatively with flour
Sift additional 1/2 cup flour over fruit
Combine with batter
Beat egg whites and fold in
Bake for 3 - 3 1/2 hours
