2 lbs. ham loaf
1/2 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

1 can tomato soup
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/2 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first four ingredients and form into balls. Place ham balls in large baking pan. Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon sauce over the ham balls. Bake 30 minutes in 350º oven and then turn over and bake remaining 30 minutes.

I don't remember having ham balls growing up, but when Dale and I were married his mother and aunts served ham balls at our rehearsal dinner. I got the recipe and have been making them ever since! This is the meal that my children and grandchildren ask for! I serve this with cheesy potatoes and a vegetable.
