1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 T. oil
1 can chicken & rice soup
4 boneless pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, mustard & garlic powder. Heat oil in skilled. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture and brown in skillet. Put chops in crock pot. Add soup and 1/4 c. water. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3 1/2 hours. When done make gravy with liquid and serve over mashed potatoes. Chops are very tender.

The crock pot pork chops is one of my favorite meals. The pork chops are so tender and the juices mixed with the chicken & rice soup make an excellent gravy for mashed potatoes.
