2 cups cornmeal,
1 cup flour,
1 1/3 cup dry milk,
4 teaspoons baking soda,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 cup molasswes,
1 quart racing, boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornmeal, flour, milk, baking soda, and salt well.
Add molasses mix well.
Dump in quart of water, mix quickly so all flour mixture is scalded.
Place in oleo greased can, cover with foil, bright side done, tie cover down.
Place in boiling water boil 5 hours.
watch water level keep 2/3 full
