1 c. unhulled sesame seeds
1/4 c butter
1/4 c honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Toast sesame seeds in a heavy iron skillet until browned. Set aside.
2. In a skillet melt butter and honey. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat 3 minutes.
3. Add the toasted sesame seeds and continue stirring over moderate heat for 2-3 minutes or until mixture begins to turn colors.
4. Spread into 8 x 8 buttered pan. Cool before cutting into squares. Do not allow to hard completely before cutting.
Makes 18 Bars
