Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bar Fells-Naptha soap, grated
1 c Arm & Hammer Washing Soda
1/2 c Borax powder
Water

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, melt grated Fells- Naptha soap in 4 c water. Pour 3 gallons of hot water into a 5 gallon bucket. Add melted soap, washing soda, and Borax; stir. Cover tightly overnight; will form a thick gel. Next day, stir again. Use one cup per laundry load. (We put it into our old Tide bottle, and just fill up from the bucket whenever we run out. You made need to shake the bottle now and then to make it easier to pour.)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I submitted this recipe that Vee gave me. I have now made 15 gallons of it and really like it. It works great on a front loader (not making too many suds), and with well water, the clothes come out fresh. For ease of use, fill your old laundry bottle.
