2 lb. thinly sliced (1/4 inch) young leg of veal
3 or more spices (i.e. rosemary, oregano, and thyme)
1 c. green onions, chopped
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
Salt and pepper
1 1/4 c. dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cover the bottom of the skillet with olive oil. Season the veal with salt and pepper and dredge with flour and fry until golden brown. Add the spices, onions, mushrooms, additional salt and pepper and saute for 10 minutes. Drain excess oil from the skillet.

2. Add the white wine and simmer for an additional 20 minutes. Best served with noodles and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
