Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust,
2 pints strawberries,
1/2 c sugar,
3 Tb cornstarch,
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crush 1 pint strawberries and place in saucepan. Add sugar and cornstarch. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil 1ute. While it cools, slice other berries and place in the pie shell. Pour cooked berries on top and refridgerate. Serve with cream.

I use half the amount of sugar or less with a couple of pinches of stevia. I also just make the graham cracker crust.
