1 C butter or margarine
2 C packed brown sugar
1/3 C light corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
6 quart popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 2 quart sauce pan. Add corn syrup, sugar, salt. Bring to boil, Without Stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla, stir until smooth. Pour liquid a little at a time over popcorn stirring repeatedly into large pan such as a turkey roaster that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 250º at least 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool, stirring occasionally.
