1 C butter softened
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
2 1/2 C oatmeal (place small amount of oatmeal in blender/food processor after measuring and blend until a powder)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
12 oz chocolate chips
4 oz Hershey bar grated
1 C chopped nuts

Directions:

Mix together first 5 ingredients, then mix in dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts. Mix well. Make golf ball sized cookies, dropping on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
