Mango Salsa (found at Costco),
4 Chicken Breasts,
Flour tortillas,
Rice,
Cheese,
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put the chicken in a crockpot. Pour salsa over it. Cook on low for
eight hours or on high for five hours. When cooked, shred the
chicken with a fork. Serve on tortillas with rice, cheese, and sour
cream if desired. Or you can just serve it over rice.
