1 package Triscuit crackers, crushed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 cans cut-up asparagus
2 cups chopped chicken
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Topping:
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
*mix and heat. Spoon over hotdish.

Butter a 13x9 dish. Put half of cracker crumbs on bottom. Layer asparagus, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and chicken. Mix mayonnaise and soup and pour on. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 1 and 1/2 hours at 350º covered. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
