3/4 c sago (washed)
4 c milk
1 c sugar
4 eggs, beaten
Cinnamon

Sauce:
1 can Evaporated milk
2 c sugar
4 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk, sugar and sago into saucepan and bring to the boil over low to medium heat, stirring often.
Once it starts to boil, remove from heat and add the beaten egg. Put back on stove and now stir constantly until the mixture thickens and boils.
Pour into dish and sprinkle with cinnamon, then serve warm with the sauce - made as follows:
Put the 3 ingredients into a heavy saucepan and on low heat and stirring until the sugar has dissolved, bring the mixture to the boil stirring often.
Once it boils, keep up the stirring and let it cook until the mixture turns a caramel color and thickens.
Serve with the warm sago pudding.

Sago is teeny tiny tapioca. The smallest I have found here is pearl-sized, but it works.
