3-4 Hot Italian Sausages crumbled and cooked (remove casing)
2 cups dry penne pasta
1 8 oz package mushrooms sliced
1 head of broccoli cut up to bite size pieces
2 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed is best)
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 cloves of garlic crushed
Chili's to taste

Directions:
Cook sausage till nicely browned. Remove from pan and put on paper towel, blot dry to remove fat. Add mushrooms to the pan with garlic, cook till all water is evaporated, return sausage to pan with mushrooms, simmer. Cook pasta , and add cut up broccoli to the pot for the last 5 minutes to steam. Drain and return to pot, add chicken broth, sausage mixture, lemon juice and desired amount of chili's. Top with grated Parmesan cheese to taste. Serves 6.
