1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 TLB. Vinegar
1 tsp. Vanilla
6 TLB Oil
1 Cup Lukewarm Water

Cinnamon Sauce
1 Cup Milk
2 TLB Flour
2 TLB Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 TLB Cinnamon
Directions:

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a greased 8 inch cake pan. Make three holes. Put vinegar in one hole, vanilla in one hole and oil in the third hole. Pour water over all and mix well. Bake at 360 degrees for 35-40 minutes. In a saucepan,, whisk together milk and one tablespoon flour. Whisk in butter and heat to a boil. Simmer for one minute. Stir in 1 cup sugar and the cinnamon. Pour over cake. Makes 6-8 servings.
