1 cup sugar
3/4 cup margarine (softened)
3/4 cup strawberry jam (I use seedless)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs
1/3 cup sour milk
2 cups flour

Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine together.
Add remaining ingredients mix well.
Fill muffin cups with paper liners 3/4 full.
Bake 20 minutes at 350º.

Makes 22 - 24 muffins
