1 pork roast
2 cups salsa
2 cups brown sugar

Green Sauce:
1 1/3 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayo
1 small bunch cilantro (or parsley if you don't like cilantro)
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing
1-2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
1-2 dashes tobasco
4 tbsp salsa verde
1 lime, juiced

Other toppings or fillings:
Rice, prepared
tortillas, soft (or chips)
grated cheddar cheese
black beans
diced tomatoes
chopped lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork roast, salsa and brown sugar in a crock pot, 8-10 hours on low, 6-8 hours on high. An hour before serving, shred roast with forks. Keep on heat until serving time. Combine all sauce ingredients in blender and blend. Prepare other toppings.

Wrap all ingredients in tortillas, or serve as a salad.
