6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and split
6 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped
1 tsp white wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1 large green onion, minced
1/3 cup mayo
1 heaping tsp Dijon mustard
12 drops Tabasco sauce (or to taste)

Cut eggs in half. Scoop out centre. Put cooked egg yolk in bowl and add all ingredients. Mix and scoop into egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
