½ cube softened butter
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st three ingredients then add cans, muffin mix and cheese. Pour into buttered 13x9 pan and bake at 375 for 40 minutes until cooked through.

For variation toss in some diced mild green chilis.
