1.5 pounds large mushrooms
1 pound sage sausage
1 bunch chopped green onions
½ cup 5 blend Italian cheese
1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
pepper, Italian seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms, remove and chop stems, set to side. Brown sausage, add chopped stems at end of browning. Remove from heat and stir in green onion, bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon into mushroom caps and bake at 450 for 15-20 or until tops are browned.
