Directions:
Directions:
Boil whole head of cabbage in water for 10 minutes. Run head of cabbage under cold water for 10 minutes to cool. Peel back cabbage to obtain approximately 16 leaves. Cook rice according to directions on box.
In a bowl, add raw beef to cooked rice. Mix and add salt, pepper and garlic. In a separate bowl, mix tomato sauce, thyme, and basil.
Fry onion and add to meat and rice mixture.
Lay one cabbage leaf out and add a few spoonfuls of beef, rice and onion mixture. Do not add too much as you will need to wrap the cabbage leaf. Once finished, spray a casserole dish with Pam and place cabbage rolls into casserole dish. Repeat until all mixture is used. Pour tomato sauce over the cabbage rolls. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Check every 30 minutes to base.
