1/2 large jicama, peeled and cut into matchsticks
1 medium fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
2 large navel oranges, peeled and segmented
1 large jalapeno, seeded and chopped
juice of 1 lime
2 tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover, chill and serve.
