2 c. white sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, or until tester comes out clean

Carol Quinn would always bake this cake in a 10" iron skillet lined with greased wax paper.

This is a Quinn Family classic!! Always moist, chocolately, and yummy.
