1 10 ounce Loaf of French Bread ( Slice Thin )
8 Eggs
3 Cups Milk
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Your Choice of Syrups

Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish
Cut bread into 18 ( 1 inch slices )
Arrange bread in bottom of baking dish.
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla in large bowl
When thoroughly mixed, pour on bread in baking dish.
Bread will float on top of liquid.
Put small pieces of butter on each piece of bread.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Place uncovered dish into cold oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until light brown
Remove from oven, allow to set for 5 minutes.
Bread will rise to top with a custard on bottom of dish.
Serve with your choice of syrups
