Ingredients:  
1 1/3 cups coconut,
1/3 cup sugar,
2 tablespoons flour,
1/8 teaspoon salt,
2 egg whites,
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325
Grease and flour cookie sheet
Combine coconut,sugar,flour, salt
Stir in unbeaten egg whites and flavoring
Mix well
Dropped on cookie sheets
Bake until edges are brown approx 20 minutes
Remove from cookie sheet at once.
