4 pkg, (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
4 eggs
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs,
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup butter
½ cup of white chocolate chips
1 cup of sliced almonds.

Make the cheesecake batter:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs: mix until blended. Fold in 1 cup white chocolate chips.

Make a crust:
Mix 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and 1/3 cup butter, melted. Press onto bottom of 9inch springform pan. Add the cheesecake batter.

Add the topping:
Layer the top of the batter with a ½ cup of white chocolate chips then 1 cup of sliced almonds. Bake 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool slowly before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate. Then bring David a slice.
