6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
6 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 carton whipping cream for frosting
For the syrup:
5 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. water
3 tsp. curacao
1 tsp. Nescafe

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF to 400ºF. Add sugar to eggs and beat about 2 minutes. Add flour and oil and beat another 2 minutes. Add cocoa and beat 2 minutes. Add baking soda and vinegar and beat 1 minute. Add vanilla and blend.

2. Spread 3 baking pans with butter & flour. Bake at 450ºF for about 20 minutes (or if baking layers separately, bake single layer for 8 minutes.) Remove from oven and loosen sides. Turn over right away

3. In small pan, boil sugar and water. When boiled, add 1 Tbsp. Nescafe and 3 Tbsp. Cuacao liqueur. Cool and spread on layers after layers have cooled. Let the syrup soak into the cake and then spread with whipped cream. Frost top & sides with the whipped cream.
