Bacon
Potatoes
Onion
1 big T. flour
1 cup cold water
1/3 cup vinegar
1 T. sugar
Salt and pepper
Sweet or sour cream
Mayonnaise
Directions:
Directions:
Cube bacon and fry. Remove bacon from pan, drain, and keep 2 T. grease. Add flour, water, vinegar, sugar, s&p, cream and mayo. Pour over warm boiled and sliced potatoes, bacon, and onions. Prepare several hours before serving and refrigerate. May also serve warm.
