10 small square soda crax-rolled into crumbs
½ cup nuts (I used walnuts.)
1 t. baking powder
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 cup sugar
Salt
Vanilla
Whipped cream
Fresh berries (I used blueberries.)

Directions:
Directions:
Roll crackers into crumbs and mix with nuts and baking powder. Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla. Fold in above mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in 9 inch pie plate (greased). Serve with whipped cream to which berries have been added.
