3 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/3 c sugar
1 tbsp veg oil
3 eggs
3-4 c oil (for deep frying)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, eggs and oil, mix well
Sift flour and baking powder into first mixture and mix well
Knead dough and divide into small balls
Heat oil to 300º and deep fry balls until golden brown
Remove from oil and drain well
