1 c. sour cream
2 pinches of salt
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 3 ingredients to a soft boil - to 240ºF. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir until cool, add pecans. Quickly spread out on wax paper. Break pecans apart before completely cooled.
