2 c. French cut green beans, cooked
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. onion, chopped
6 slices bacon, diced
1 c. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter; add flour and brown. Stir in water to make a creamy sauce. Stir in the green beans.

2. Saute onion and bacon. Drain well. Add to green beans. Place in baking dish; spread top with sour cream. Bake well at 350ºF for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
