1 lb Hamburg
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp oregano
2 cps Bisquick
1 egg
2/3 cp milk
8 slices American Cheese
1/4 cp Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown Hamburg and drain. Mix in spaghetti sauce and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes uncovered. Stir baking mix, egg and milk to a soft dough. Spread 1/2 of the dough in a greased 9 x 9 x 2 pan. Spread a little of the sauce over bottom and lay down 4 slices of cheese. Top with the rest of the meat sauce, Parmesan cheese and rest of the American cheese. Cover with remaining dough. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
