2 boxes of lunch crackers
6 - 8 large onions sliced thin
12 - 14 eggs
1/2 - 1 stick of butter
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Hand crush lunch crackers to small pieces not crumbs. Place sliced onions in large frying pan..traditionally a cast iron fry pan..with 1/2 stick of butter. Cook down until soft and transparent. Add more butter if needed. Add cooked onions to crackers. Add eggs (start with 8 or so and add enough to moisten crackers thoroughly) and mix with hands! Salt and pepper...1/2 tsp of each. Stuff turkey. Extra can be baked in oven foil covered for 30-40 minutes at 350º

Don't tell Ann but the last time I made this I added a large can of Durkees French Fried Onions when I added the eggs...it was good.
