1 cup flour 1 egg 1 1/2 cups milk salt and pepper mix all ingredients well and dip fish into batter and fry. Dipping sauce: mayonnaise gherkin chopped,onions chopped fine, cucumbers chopped, some tomato sauce. mix all and add just enough tomato sauce to make the mix pink.
