1 Ribeye roast (about 4 lbs)
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic salt pepper and rosemary; press evenly over surface of roast. Place roast fat side up, on roasting pan. Do not add water and do not cover Roast in 350º oven to desired doneness. Tent the roast loosely with foil, Let stand for 15 mins.
cooking times; 4-6 lbs med rare=1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hrs
med=2 1/4 to 2 3/4 hrs
6-8lbs med rare=2 1/4 to 2 1/2 hrs
med=2 3/4 to 3 hrs
8-10lbs med rare=2 1/2 to 3 hrs
med=3 to3 1/2 hrs
**Times are for bone in rib roasts
