1/4 c. oil
2 T. flour
2 T. chili powder
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water (or chicken broth)
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Directions:

1. Heat oil. Stir in flour, reduce heat to medium. Cook until lightly brown, stirring constantly.
2. Gradually stir in other ingredients until smooth. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
