1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes, chopped
4 large onions, peeled and chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 T. parsley
4 green peppers, chopped
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oleo
1/4 c. salt
2 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tomatoes, onions, peppers and celery until tender and put through a food sieve(mill). Place back into pot and then add sugar, oleo, parsley and salt and continue to cook.

Mix flour with some of the juice in a blender to ensure that there are no lumps and pour back into the pot and continue to cook until thickened about 5 minutes.

Can and process as normal.
