1 lb. thin-sliced bacon strips
2 c. flour
2 T. Cajun seasoning
1 egg
1 c. milk
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Prepare three shallow bowls: first with one cup of flour, second with egg wash (whisk egg, milk and salt until frothy), and third with mixture of one cup of flour and seasoning. Preheat skillet to medium heat. Dredge bacon strips in flour, then egg wash, then seasoned flour. Fry over medium heat until brown and crispy .
